FQCP Transportation Intern

Receive and process all manual shipment requests forms
Coordinate intercompany shuttle moves to include raw materials, parts, equipment and finished goods
Compile and maintain spreadsheets to analyze date and evaluate trends such as freight costs, classifications delivery methods, delivery schedule, carrier acceptance rates and to measure performance against established metrics (on-time deliver)
Coordinate with carriers and Customer Service when deliveries need re-appointed
Seek continuous improvement opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction
