As a Technical Product Manager at Frame AI, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the future of our AI platform, transforming innovative ideas into scalable, customer-centric products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of a robust, enterprise-grade APIs and ensuring the platform's scalability and performance. Collaborating closely with other product team members, you'll ensure that the platform can efficiently support new features in alignment with our strategic objectives, while also empowering our solutions teams to develop and implement tailored solutions effectively.
The base pay for this role is $140,000-$180,000 per year based on leveling within the Mid to Senior Product Manager bands. You are also eligible for employee benefits and company equity grants.
Design and guide implementation for an enterprise API to facilitate partner and customer integration, enhancing the Frame AI ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineering, customer success, and solutions teams to ensure seamless deployment of platform features.
Prioritize platform scalability and performance, ensuring robustness and reliability under varying loads.
Enable the solutions team to develop multiple system connectors and sync specific data types from the core platform to other systems.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously evolve the platform’s capabilities.
Actively work with other members of the product team to integrate new features and functionality, ensuring alignment with the core platform

4+ years in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Former experience with developing APIs or utilizing multiple APIs is a strong plus
Proficiency in API design standards, protocols, and architectures (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.)
Understanding of API security best practices, authentication, and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to effectively identify and evaluate developer challenges and make informed decisions regarding platform strategies.
Capable of strategic, big-picture thinking coupled with a proficiency in detailed, tactical execution.
Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Frame AI is based the NYC region, but this role is open to remote applicants in the US.
