About the Role

Franki’s Marketing Team is seeking a part-time Community Coordinator. This person will be involved in their city’s restaurant scene, have an eye for engaging content, and a passion for building community both online and offline. The right person for this role will be enthusiastic, organized and look to capture the best of the local dining scene while encouraging and engaging with others in our community to do the same. What you’ll do:

• Local Program Coordination: Manage Franki’s local content capture programs, coordinating between sales/marketing teams and creators to ensure content is delivered and creators are compensated.

• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging and encourage active participation among community members by sharing local events, content best practices, answering questions and comments, and supporting creators in their growth with Franki.

• Content Creation: Generate and post high-quality, engaging, original video content highlighting the best of the culinary scene, the Franki community, and our unique program opportunities.

• Event Coordination: Organize regular in-person meetups such as food crawls, tastings, drinks and other activities. Host regular virtual events or live sessions to engage members who are unable to attend in person. Organize regular in-person meetups such as food crawls, tastings, drinks and other activities. • Community Expansion: Actively recruit new content creators to the Franki community both online and in-person.

You might be a good fit if you have...

• Must be based full time in the Phoenix, AZ region and actively connected in the dining / hospitality scene (through media, PR, content creation / blogging, etc.)

• Prior experience as a community manager, particularly in the food, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends, especially related to food and dining.

• Experience organizing and promoting events or meetups.

• Excellent organization, communication and networking skills–must be a self-starter.

• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people both on and off camera.

• $30.00 - $40.00 hourly
