Freddy’s is looking for experienced supervisors who are responsible for supporting management with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations.Full-time position with benefits; Competitive pay based on experience; Paid Time Off and Paid Float Holidays; Opportunities for advancement.Desired Skills and Proficiencies:• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower our team• Takes initiative• Has excellent communication skills• Ability to recognize problems and problem solve• Restaurant experience required• Outstanding customer service skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Technically competent in restaurant operating systems, learning systems and typical desktop software.Specific Responsibilities:• Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are being followed• Correct operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest• Provide motivational support to team members• Assist with management of team schedules• Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors• Complete schedule inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; and serve as a role model• Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or injuries• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets• Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect• Ensure a hospitality focused culture• Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention• Other responsibilities as assignedPhysical Requirements (including but not limited to):• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekend• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions• Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladderFreddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler.
