Responsibilities
Serve as one of our Zendesk Administrators
Lead development and maintenance of the Zendesk instance
Execute day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions
Customize forms, fields, views, triggers, and business rules
Implement new system rollouts and process improvements
Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
