Zendesk Admin (m/f/d) - Barcelona
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a Zendesk Administrator, coordinating the ongoing development and maintenance of our Zendesk instances.

Responsibilities
- Serve as one of our Zendesk Administrators
- Lead development and maintenance of the Zendesk instance
- Execute day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions
- Customize forms, fields, views, triggers, and business rules
- Implement new system rollouts and process improvements
- Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
