Senior Software Engineer (Rust)

Freeform is deploying software-defined, autonomous metal 3D printing factories globally. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Rust and software development to help architect and maintain critical software systems for these factories.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop software for advanced metal 3D printing systems
Work with engineers to integrate control algorithms into production software
Improve data acquisition, storage, and retrieval systems
Implement processes for converting customer geometries into machine instructions
Expand testing, CI, and CD support within the engineering team

Education

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or computer engineering
