About us

For the last five years, we’ve been working hard to change the UK lettings system, building an innovative rental solution that improves the tenancy deposit process for everyone. We’re continually evolving our product, systems and processes to achieve our vision of making every rental experience a positive one.

As part of that journey, we’re looking for individuals with experience as independent adjudicators to join us on a freelance basis.

About the role

Using your knowledge of the tenancy deposit adjudication process, you’ll provide expert recommendations on our end of tenancy cases to improve the experience for our customers.

Prepare case reports to give insight on the potential outcome of independent adjudication.

Make recommendations on individual cases that can help manage customer and landlord expectations, supporting successful negotiations and agreements.

Provide expertise on the independent adjudication process that allows us to continually improve our service for both tenants and landlords

You’ll determine how many cases you can take on each week and receive a fixed fee for each completed case report based on complexity, number of charges and time to complete.

We’ll provide a template document for each case and each charge to help reduce the administrative burden.
