About the role
As Malt is growing and scaling we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Freelance Success teams. The Freelance Success Managers mission is to groom our most valuable or most promising talents: make them successful with Malt. The North Star is to support in their journey and add value to the talented independents that our clients are most interested in. This team is the spearhead of our growth strategy towards our community of freelancers, and lays out the first steps of successful collaborations for these individuals.
As Freelance Success Manager,
You operate as a dedicated agent for Malt most valuable talents, bringing a white glove service
You provide business insights, advices and recommendations (raising tech skills most requested by the client, daily rate)
You unlock the potential of our freelancers (find relevant projects for them, making sure they find their next project via Malt)
You are the point of contact for the top freelancers (Super Malter) and you address their request, with the help of the Customer Experience team when relevant
You are a reference for them and prove Malt is a long term business partner
You own your portfolio of Freelancers: you’re responsible for its growth and success
You run daily operations within targets (volumes & SLA)
You provide visibility and tracking to the team and the management on the performance of your portfolio
In constant interactions with the freelancers you aggregate insightful internal reports that Community & Sales teams can leverage on to increase their understanding of the talent ecosystem
About you
Business school degree or equivalent
You have a first experience in Account / Success Management or Recruitment in fast-paced environments
You are eager to identify, support and groom highly skilled freelancers and create impact for them, for our clients and for Malt
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Curious about tech industries, jobs and skill sets
You are a French speaker with fully professional English and comfortable in an international environment
Our recruitment process
Screening with Hélène, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes)
Interview with your future manager, Josselin, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
Home assignment to prepare and present in order to evaluate your hard skills with Josselin and the Senior Freelance Success Manager
Final interview with a C-Level to discuss Malt’s long term vision
