We just launched our Blinkist TikTok account and are looking for a talented creator to help us take our presence to the next level. In this exciting role, you’ll be behind the camera coming up with concepts, and in front of the camera as Blinkist’s main face on TikTok.

Your mission will be to grow our global TikTok following by creating engaging video content that showcases our wide library of Blinks and Shortcasts. We’re just getting started on the platform, so this position offers the chance to co-create the creative vision for Blinkist on TikTok in collaboration with our Social and Brand teams. We are very open to experimentation and your main focus will be to create high impact content that gets our audience hooked and curious to see more.

We are looking for an experienced creator with an expert understanding of the creative formats that work well on TikTok, and the know-how and confidence to bring them to life. You’re on top of trends and excited to think of ways that Blinkist can jump on them—but you also love discovering new ideas (on everything from history to science to psychology to career development) and you’re comfortable translating the more complex concepts in our Blinks and Shortcasts into engaging TikTok content.

This is a part-time freelance position (around 7-10 hours per week). It’s remote-friendly, but if you’re occasionally able to shoot content in our Berlin office, that’s a strong plus.

• Concepting and producing regular weekly video content for our @blinkist_app TikTok channel on a variety of topics from our app’s library
• Supporting our Paid Social team with additional ideas on an as-needed basis

• C2-level English and confidence being in front of the camera
• Demonstrated experience creating engaging content for TikTok for a brand or personal account
• A collaborative mindset and readiness to run with ideas pitched by the teams you’ll be collaborating with, such as our Paid Social and Brand teams
• Available to start in September
