Position Overview:
The Executive Creative Director adeptly manages and inspires team members, direct reports, and clients by demonstrating the capacity to offer, identify, and cultivate strategically creative solutions to meet client needs. The Executive Creative Director leverages both internal and external teams, taking full ownership in crafting and developing budget-conscious strategies that align seamlessly with the high expectations of demanding clients.Responsibilities:- Provide unique, creative solutions and big ideas across multiple channels, including environmental designs, for our clients- Understand each client's point of view by monitoring business issues, cultural events and trends that affect their audiences/customers- Develop design visuals including concept, sketching, floor plan/space development, presentation layouts and control drawings- Develop and mentor design staff- Understand budgetary restraints and provide recommendations; contribute to the P&L- Ensure consistency across internal contributors, production teams, graphics, etc.- Ability to present to and work closely with demanding clients- Other duties as assignedQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: architecture, environmental design, retail design, interior design, industrial design, exhibit design or experiential design- 15+ years of experience in event marketing, environmental design, and/or architecture- Experience in 2D & 3D environments- Familiarity with Adobe Suite software, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, ACad or similar CAD software- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills:- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office- Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player- Ability to operate within a fast-paced environmentCompany Overview:Sparks is a live + digital brand experience agency.
