They will report to the Director of Finance while partnering closely with the CFO and other department leaders in the Company... This may be the perfect job if you... • are curious and like to solve problems • focus on the details and know the importance of accuracy • enjoy analyzing and understanding the why behind things • want to be a part of a small, focused finance team in a fast-growing company Your skills, background and experience include… • Manage the daily operations of an accounting department, including the recording of: accounts receivables and accounts payables, cash receipts and disbursements, monthly and year-end journal entries to close the books • Regulatory corporate and tax filings • Reconciliation of revenue in accordance with our revenue recognition policies • Enforcing and adhering to proper accounting controls • Ensuring compliance with credit card spend and expense reimbursement policies. • Continuously improving systems and procedures • 5 years or more of related experience • Excellent MS Excel skills, including conditional formulas, pivot tables, summing functions, vlookups • Comfortable working with Google applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or related field of study Who are we?
