Fresh Prints is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues related to their internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal teams and external users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.

Escalate unresolved issues to engineering or product development teams.
Document technical issues and processes.
Create user-friendly documentation for common issues.
Collaborate with IT and product teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Equivalent experience
