Given our exciting and progressive growth plans,  we are looking for an exceptional Security Operations Analyst to come join our global business.


Reporting directly into the VP of Security & Compliance, and working with stakeholders (internally and externally). Your primary responsibility as a SOC Analyst is to respond to security alerts, take part in end to end security incident response, create security detectors/make improvements, develop playbooks.

Skills and Experience required
  • Security alert monitoring and triage
  • Incident analysis and investigation
  • Containment, eradication and recovery - alone or with support
  • Custom detection creation
  • Malware analysis 
  • Digital forensic experience
  • Scripting experience
  • Threat hunting
  • SOAR (Security orchestration, automation and response)
  • Tools: SIEM, WAF, SOAR

This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.


What you will be doing
  • Research and stay up to date with latest security threats and trends
  • Respond to security alerts
  • Take part in end to end security incident response
  • Create new security detections or make improvements
  • Develop  playbooks
  • Attend daily stand-up meeting to discuss tasks, incidents  and alerts.


Interview Process
  • 1st Stage - Video-call with Hiring Manager - 30-45m, followed by a take-home task
  • 2nd Stage - Video-call (Technical Discussion) with Hiring Team - 45-60min
  • Final Stage - Video-call (Culture fit meeting) with CTO 30-45min

We aim to finalise the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 3 weeks.
