Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. This leadership role is crucial for aligning sales, marketing strategies, and operations with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives. This will support SMB/Commercial New Business as well as Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will ensure that all revenue-generating activities are optimized to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategy and execution of revenue operations to support the company’s business objectives. Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the revenue pipeline. Ensure seamless integration and operational alignment across all GTM activities
  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. Ensure tools and systems are fully leveraged to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance against revenue goals. Develop insights and make recommendations to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth. 
  • Team Development: Mentor high-performing revenue operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all revenue operations comply with legal and ethical standards. Establish and maintain controls and procedures that uphold company values and encourage fair and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and other marketing technologies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic visions and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive strategic visions and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $184,200 — $299,300 USD.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an
in-office presence 3 days / week (Tue-Thur).
