Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:• Process all Accounts Payable functions not performed by corporate Accounts Payable.• Process all Accounts Receivable functions not performed by corporate Accounts Receivable. Misc. Credit/Debits, Transtar payment, and credit references are a few examples.• Develop solid relationship with corporate A/R and A/P personnel. Support them to meet goals and improve processes.• Daily NIR processing in SAP.• Cost Analysis – Review and maintain accurate costs in SAP for all of Milan.• Monitor and fix blocked invoices in SAP.• Monthly/Yearly Cost Rolls in SAP.• Order Settlements (month-end in SAP).• Commission Calculations and payment.• Diner’s Club site administrator. Set-up and cancellation of P-Cards. Review and approve monthly transactions.• Assist Plant Controller with AOP planning process.• Prepare and distribute Milan daily sales report.• Capital project tracking spreadsheet. Assign project numbers for tooling and capital projects.• Daily/Monthly sales data compiled for Sales, Marketing, and Accounting.• Weekly Freight In/Out expense analysis.• Monthly departmental expense analysis and preparation for manager review.• Monthly customer tooling analysis via IO/MT orders.• Monthly labor hours report for operations department.• Support customer service departments as needed (New customers, Credit holds, Misc billings)• Support Plant Controller with month-end journal entries and analysis.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.• Preferred work experience to include three (3) years in a combination of the following disciplines: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Accounting, Cost Accounting.• Either college degree or work experience as described is required.• Ability to work independently with little direction, have good decision-making skills, and ability to institute and follow procedures.Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
