WHO YOU ARE
You’re looking for a role where you can make your mark and will be challenged to do the best work of your life — something that’s truly career-defining. You’re a great fit for the role if you have extensive B2B experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments marketing to executive technology leaders. You have a proven track record for delivering results and managing high-performing marketing teams. You’re not perfect, and you don’t let imposter syndrome stop you.
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, do the “dirty work,” and make mistakes. The things that keep you up at night are figuring out how to deliver more revenue, the nagging questions you have about different buyer personas, and what role you need to hire for next.
You’re passionate about all things marketing. In fact, “passionate” doesn’t even describe it. You’re obsessed. You have a thirst for learning and growth, and you love sharing what you know and what you learn with the world. You’ve probably got a decent following on LinkedIn who enjoy your insights as well.
You take your work seriously but never lose the fun in the process. You enjoy working on a team where humor is part of the DNA, and a good meme is always appreciated. If you enjoy frog puns, you’ll fit right in.
THE ROLE
As the Head of Marketing at Frogslayer, you'll play a pivotal role in building a world-class marketing organization — a team that will be the "secret sauce" behind Frogslayer's continued growth and the envy of our competitors. You’ll have the authority (and budget) to challenge assumptions, experiment with new ideas, and invest in building out your team as you see fit.
More specifically, your role will entail the following:

This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
Frogslayer's core purpose is to help people engineer a better future and world. We do that by helping proven leaders stop chasing projects and start creating products that reimagine how value is delivered to their customers, driving new growth and...
