Front Desk Administrator for Real Estate Office

Join our Keller Williams Real Estate Office team and take charge of our front-of-house operations. This exciting entry-level position offers growth opportunities and hands-on experience in a thriving environment.
This position is full time, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Duties Include:

  • Be the first point of contact to greet people as they enter the office, and proudly represent our Keller Williams culture.
  • Manage phone calls and incoming mail.
  • Manage appearance of office, handle all restocking and office inventory
  • Assist our Keller Williams associates as questions arise daily
  • Be able to assist with tech support questions and have an ability to troubleshoot office technology (printers, computers, etc.)
  • Manage the office training calendar
  • Assist in planning office events including but not limited to charity drives, awards ceremonies, holiday parties, and monthly social events.
  • Manage the social media accounts for our Keller Williams office (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Create marketing material from templates for training classes
  • Send out office communications and training reminders
  • Follow intake process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents.
  • Build relationships with affiliates in order to grow the office Vendor Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
