Job Summary
Work as a part of a customer service team within University Housing to provide an excellent living experience for campus residents in assigned areas.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of six months of office and/or customer service experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Will greet and provide excellent customer service at a front desk of a University Housing building.
- Provide in-person, phone, and email customer service related to Housing and resident needs.
- Work will include checking in residents, receiving and delivering packages/mail, and assisting with general inquiries of residents.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Administrative tasks.
- Building escorts.
- Building inspections.
- Move-in operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
