Front Desk Receptionist - job 2 of 2

RE/MAX Champions is looking for a customer-service oriented individual to greet clients and support a great new office located in Inverness. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented and presents a professional, positive demeanor.

• Open office daily
• Greet incoming clients and guests
• Answer phones and handle incoming/outgoing mail
• Maintain appearance of office
• Reserve conference rooms for meetings, trainings and events
• Order supplies to maintain inventory
• Coordinate food and details for events and meetings
• Assist owners, managers and agents with various tasks

Skills

• Customer service oriented
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to multitask and manage disruptions
• Knows how to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and solution oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Real Estate experience is a plus
• Experience with Citrus MLS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
