Job Description:

As a Membership Advisor, you will set the tone for the overall member experience. You will be the face of the studio and create a warm and fun environment.

Our clientele is inclusive, with a wide range of ages, sizes, and fitness levels. We help people find their strength, flexibility and alignment so that they can live better every day - mind and body. Your goal is to help uncover what each person needs, help get them started, and be their touchpoint and guide throughout their membership.

Front Desk: Greet clients and check them in for class, or help cancel/reschedule as needed. You will also sell socks and other retail merchandise. Remembering names and faces is important!

Account Management: You will also assist clients with their accounts and provide recommendations for getting the most out of their membership. This ranges from looking into how many classes they have left for the month, answering questions about specific charges, helping to freeze or unfreeze an account, upgrading, downgrading and cancellations. Documentation, following process, communication and diligence is critical.

You must be able to communicate clearly and with empathy while educating and reinforcing policies and also finding a way to de-escalate member frustrations.

Outreach and Sales: There is heavy phone work in this role. You will call people who have engaged with us on social media, marketing campaigns and other events. You'll help people who walk into the studio or call us. A polished and professional phone manner is important as you will be calling people who have expressed interest in the studio. If you are sincerely interested in others and a great listener, you'll enjoy chatting with a wide variety of people with the goal of helping them be their best.

Encourage people to share more information so that you can uncover what will make them feel most successful. It is your job to help members find value in our services, going deeper than finding out that they want to tone. Recommending the right package and asking for the sale is important!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
