ABOUT THE JOB

Elite Prep is looking for bright, motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist with administrative duties and facilitate the efficient operation of our branch locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for employment:

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to Elite students and parents in person and via telephone and email
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Elite’s programs and services
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and visiting students and parents
• Direct current students to the appropriate classes
• Take and relay messages
• Maintain front desk reception area
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

COMPENSATION & PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT

Employment is on a part-time basis. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
