Job Brief:
Responsible for filtering and prioritizing client visits or phone calls and communicating on behalf of leadership while also providing a professional customer service experience. Our ideal candidates will have the ability to build solid relationships that aide in the positive experience for our customers. Assist with production as needed. We have proven procedures to aide in achieving these goals. Experienced in print customer service for a busy printshop preferred. Part-time / Full-time hours available. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
· Answering phones in a polite and professional manner and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
· Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
· Communicate knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
· Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
· Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
· Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Aptitude and desire to learn
Hours are between 8:30 - 5:30, Monday to Friday.
