Front of House Support Staff

Redhook Brewlab has immediate openings for Front of House Support Staff at our Amazing Innovation Brewpub on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA.

Specific job duties include:

• Supports the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
• Greets and seats pub customers
• Answers phones
• Cleans & organizes host desk area
• Assists in delivering food to customers
• Ensures that restaurant guests receive the correct food order in an expeditious and courteous manner.
• Assists in busing tables
• Ensures special board is correct
• Adheres to proper hygiene
• Other tasks as assigned
• Attendance is required per company policy

Position requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Works well independently and cooperatively in a team environment
