CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our Office Operations team in our newly renovated office in Colonie, NY.
CHA strives to provide opportunities for their employees to have quality work/life balance. This position will be a candidate for having the ability to work from home up to one day per week.

CHA’s Front Office Coordinator greet visitors; accepts and distributes deliveries; collates and delivers incoming mail; maintains inventory of café and conference room supplies and anticipates supply needs; ensures prompt ordering and receipt of supplies and delivers supplies to workstations as needed.
The successful candidate provides company communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages; maintains front desk schedule. The Front Office Coordinator will support local office employee events and will provide computer and administrative assistance to corporate and operations team members, as needed, and is responsible for updating their own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required

A minimum of 2 years of experience required

Proven administrative experience

Knowledge of office operations systems and procedures

Solid time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
