As the Activation Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue expansion opportunities for Front. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to identify growth opportunities, develop a strategy, and execute on your roadmap to achieve business impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research and business objectives.

  • Gather requirements, prioritize features, and balance short-term needs with long-term goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.

  • Lead product development process from concept to launch, ensuring quality and user satisfaction.

  • Define KPIs, monitor product metrics, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration.

What skills & experience do you need?

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, growth hacking, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment.

  • Data-driven: you understand how to leverage data to derive insights and guide product decisions

  • Execution-oriented: you’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, coupled with a strong focus on execution and results.

  • Collaborative and low-ego: you work well with all kinds of personalities; you are able to rally multiple teams around your objectives.

The target SF base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $195.000 Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (which includes base salary and, where applicable, may include commissions or overtime pay), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
