We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support our TikTok Shop affiliate services. In this role, you will help build and manage affiliate relationships, build and optimize communication , and support campaign execution for top brands in the Beauty & CPG industries. The ideal candidate has experience in PR pitching, creator marketing, understands affiliate programs and platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Location: Remote - Ideally San Diego, NYC or LA based

  • Identify & Build Affiliate Lists: Research and curate partnerships that align with client goals to increase engagement and conversion performance.
  • Creator Outreach: Conduct outreach and secure collaborations across TikTok Shop beauty, health and wellness verticals.
  • Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day communication with partners and execute strategies to grow affiliate revenue and optimize performance.
  • Execution & Tracking: Create newsletters, pitches, update commissions, and manage communication of brand promos, sales and activations to our affiliate network.
  • Creator & Content Review Support: Review creators for sampling and deliverables through TikTok Shop and make suggestions of content to fuel performance marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance, track KPIs, and create weekly and monthly recap reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Commerce and Performance Marketing teams to provide input and ensure smooth execution of workstreams.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor analysis, TikTok Shop developments, and key industry shifts in the CPG space.
