Your Team

Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

Your Mission

Work with people across the product team and beyond to improve how we communicate with our users. You will own user-facing copy from early concept development to implementation while developing guiding principles and conducting research to inform your decisions.

• You will develop and maintain UX writing principles, patterns, and tone of voice.
• You create, edit, and manage user-facing copy across all product touchpoints.
• You collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to ensure content aligns with product goals.
• You will ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility in all user-facing content.
• You will support localization efforts and manage content workflows in Lokalise.
• You lead and conduct user research to inform UX writing decisions.
• You provide comprehensive research reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• You promote storytelling and writing culture within the product team.

• You can work in a hybrid or on-site format within Switzerland where you’re able to work in our St. Gallen office on a regular basis. 
• You hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a UX writer for digital products, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• You have a proven track record in creating, editing and testing high-quality content for web and mobile platforms, with strong research skills.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are passionate about branding and microcopy, with a deep understanding of how precise wording impacts user experience and engagement.
• You pay attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and overall content quality.
• You are self-motivated, reliable and experienced in managing projects from start to finish.
• You have strong problem-solving skills with a knack for creating elegant solutions for complex products.
• You are a great communicator who can engage with people from different backgrounds and motivate team members to achieve excellent results
• You speak English fluently; German is a plus.
