Director of Growth
Fruitful is a Series A start-up revolutionizing personal finance. We are looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition and retention strategies across all digital channels.
Skills
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience in B2C context
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience with press and affiliate relationships
- Ability to drive campaigns and optimizations
- Passion for solving consumer problems
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Fast adaptation to changing environments
Responsibilities
- Lead scaling of member base through data-driven hypotheses and optimizations
- Manage acquisition and retention tactics across various digital channels
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns
- Contribute to overall strategic direction
- Monitor KPIs and reporting for performance optimization
- Identify and evaluate emerging platforms for growth initiatives
