Health E-commerce is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to enhance customer lifecycle and drive loyalty initiatives within their Flexible Spending Account business.

Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM automation strategies
Create and manage personalized customer journeys
Oversee end-to-end campaign development
Leverage data to build dynamic personalized campaigns
Develop and maintain CRM automation workflows
Track and analyze CRM campaign performance
Work closely with ecommerce, product, and IT teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
