FSTONE Technologies is seeking a Remote WFH Full Time Customer Service Representative with strong typing skills to join our team. This is a part-time, entry level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, innovative company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing customer base. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Your main goal will be to assist our customers with their inquiries, provide information and resolve any issues they may have efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and complaints
- Utilize knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Process orders and returns accurately
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements:
• -High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional typing and computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prioritizes customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
