Job DescriptionStrategic Sales & Marketing provides our client facing teams with the right tools, processes, knowledge and guidance to capture and present the value we deliver to clients.As the Demand Generation Manager for the Americas region, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Fugro's solutions within our Strategic Sales and Marketing team.Key Responsibilities:• Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.• Strategy Development:- Develop and implement demand generation strategies specific to the Americas region to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.- Collaborate with market leads and cross-functional teams to align demand generation activities with overall marketing and business objectives.- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies specific to the Americas.• Campaign Management:- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media, tailored to the unique needs of the Americas market.- Utilize marketing automation tools (Adobe Marketo) to create and manage campaigns, track performance, and analyze results.• Content Development:- Work closely with the regional and global stakeholders, Corporate Communications team, Regional Marketing and PR Manager to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with the Americas' target audience at different stages of the buyer/customer journey.- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all demand generation materials for the region.• Lead Generation:- Implement lead generation programs tailored to the Americas region to attract and capture high-quality leads.- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results in the regional context.• Measure and Monitor:- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness to maximize the return on investment.Key Requirements• Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.• Bachelor's or equivalent degree is preferred.• Over 3 years of digital marketing experience is required.• Experience in Marketo is a huge plus.• Paid media experience is highly desirable.• Proven experience in B2B demand generation, with a track record of successfully driving leads via wide spectrum of marketing tactics such as email marketing, SEOs and targeted digital promotion etc.• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.• Effective communication and collaboration skills.• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.What's in it for you?At Fugro, our people are our number one priority and central to our purpose to create a safe and livable world.
