We are currently seeking a Paid Media Manager who is highly skilled with tools and eager to engage more deeply in client management.

Overview:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various verticals, balancing in-platform execution, client management, and strategy development. You will be responsible for driving the success and growth of your clients' accounts and mentoring junior team members.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and being accountable for the success and growth of your client accounts and direct reports.

  • Executing in-platform management and media buying, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

  • Developing detailed strategies for clients that define investment, channels, and targeting.

  • Providing insights, analysis, and guidance on campaign optimisation and identifying new opportunities.

  • Collaborating with digital teams (SEO, Creative, etc.) to deliver campaigns on budget and within timelines.

  • Mentoring and training junior team members, while setting the standard for best practices across all channels.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of Paid Search experience, with expertise in at least one other major marketing channel (e.g., GMP, Facebook Ads).

  • Experience within the eCommerce industry

  • Experience working across multi-channel clients, with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficient in tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, etc.).

  • A proactive and efficient working style, with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration.
