Role description

ManiMe is looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to head our fulfillment and office operations in Santa Monica, California. This is an opportunity to learn and grow from the ground up at a fast-growing technology start-up!

We are looking for candidates with retail, operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience. This hands-on position would suit a self-motivated, high-energy, “jack of all trades” type individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A team leader is a must, and any previous experience you have (managing, sports teams, school teams) is relevant.

You’ll be an integral part of our Operations team, with the ability to make your mark directly. We’ll train you on our current processes, and it will be your job to improve upon them!

This position is located at our Santa Monica office location (in person availability required, this is not a remote position).

What You’ll Do

• Operate our laser cutting machinery (training will be provided)
• Fulfillment of orders: picking, packing, shipping — you’ll be working directly with our team to hit and exceed daily goals.
• Manage team scheduling, coordinate time off requests and overtime
• Office management: including being the primary contact for deliveries, building maintenance, and general operations.
• Manage supplies and inventory, including receiving, and reporting
• Report daily fulfillment volume and other activities
• Look for opportunities to maximize productivity and team success
• Standing and light lifting may be required - up to 50lbs
