Data Entry Operator-REMOTE USA BASED

Responsibilities

• Input and update customer and project information into our databases promptly and accurately.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed.
• Compile and prepare reports for management as requested.
• Assist in maintaining filing systems and archiving documents.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processes.
• Help ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.
