DecisionOne Dental Partners is looking to add a full-cycle recruiter to their growing team! Are you currently an entry level recruiter with 1-3 years of experience looking for an opportunity to advance? If so, then look no further! At DecisionOne Dental we have a great opportunity for a Recruiter for our full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition! You will be a part of the HR team and have opportunity to use your skills and expand your knowledge in other functions and projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Executes full-cycle recruitment for all DecisionOne dental practices and Support Center to fill positions timely.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct telephone screens to assess candidates, coordinate on-site interviews and develop a pipeline of candidates with an average volume of 25+ openings.
  • Collaborate with company leaders including Doctors, Regional Coaches and Team Leaders to identify hiring criteria.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media and internet sites providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, and making presentations.
  • Post open positions at colleges, on internet sites and social media to post jobs and source candidates.
  • Identify and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Select best qualified candidates to present to hiring leader to make hiring decision.
  • Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborate with the hiring leaders and human resources team during the offer process, identifying and recommending pay rates, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Run background checks and ensure satisfactory results.
  • Provide new hires with paperwork and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations; sets up profiles in HRIS/UKG; provide new team members with all passwords.
  • Initiate and handle projects as assigned including writing job descriptions, social media articles, coordinate temporary staffing and substitute staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Assists with all other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities

What We Need From You


  • At least 1-3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-starting in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems or picks up quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including excel) and
  • Proficient or knowledgeable with Payroll/HRIS software, preferred
  • Knowledge of HR functions including State & Federal employment laws, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll
