About the team

Builder experience is a newly formed team with the main purpose of helping other development teams achieve their goals by introducing tools and practices to streamline the software engineering process. This implies working alongside 20+ teams / 100+ developers in order to learn how they do things, analyse their impediments and make their life easier by proposing and implementing solutions based on your experience and expertise. The culture of helping others is very close to the heart of this team, as it represents the key in achieving the team's goals and overall success.

What you’ll do:

Actively seek opportunities for improving the Mambu internal developer experience
Have a significant impact on how Mambu engineers develop platforms and products
Define best practices and standardise development flows for engineers across Mambu
Enable successful adoption of solutions delivered by the team and contribute to innersource initiatives
Learn new things and share knowledge and best practices to the team and organisation to improve delivery, ensure accessibility and observability of Mambu Cloud Platform

What you’ll bring:

Your experience includes:

5+ years experience with building platforms and developer tools or similar technologies
Deep understanding of cloud native applications and distributed systems
Programming experience in Typescript, or Javascript
Open, curious, and ambitious approach to problem-solving and striving for the best solution

The base salary for this position is €5,800 gross (before tax) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
