Sureify’s Lifetime platform is a completely modular SaaS solution for the life insurance and annuity industry that helps carriers acquire, service, and engage their customers with one enterprise platform.

Sureify drives customer engagement between the customer and their insurance company by incorporating web & mobile apps into the insurance product experience. Our product is controlled by our backend dashboard so insurers can get the latest iOT data streaming in. The SaaS platform is designed to ensure that insurers never miss opportunities to increase engagement with their existing customer base.

About the Position

We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead who is highly experienced in developing web applications that cover the entire development cycle. Able to guide/mentor the team in the most scalable technical architecture and provide hands-on solutions to drive the team. Closely work with the product team and manage the end to end cycle of the development cycle from ideation to deployment,You will have the opportunity to help our product scale and be involved in the further architecture of the Sureify platform

Responsibilities

• Build scalable architecture to support millions of users
• Build reusable patterns and libraries for future use
• Ability to conceptualize a given problem, plan and implement a solution
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Motivate team members to learn the required skills and stay up tp date on the execution
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements

Skills And Qualifications





• 7+ years of experience with Full Stack web development
• Experience designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
• Must have experience in Golang, Typescript and React
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres
• A firm understanding of Object Oriented Design as well as common data structures and algorithms
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
• Experience with building restful JSON web services
• Experience in the temporal framework is an added advantage.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, JSon, etc.)
• Experience building secure and scalable software (Profilers, APM tools, Security scanning tools)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Knowledge of API's, such as twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc.
