Shift: Full - Time

Pay: $11-$15 an hour

We are looking for experienced call center representatives with the ability to work 40 hours per week. As a call center customer service rep you will be the voice of leading brands and will speak directly to their customers to service and/offer product and services.

Job Requirements

The duties and attributes that make a great customer service agent include:

  • 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience
  • Data entry, key stroke accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
  • Must be able to maintain a permanent full time, 40 hr./wk schedule.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Confident and capable of upselling
WFH After 90 days with the below:
  • Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.
  • Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable
  • Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
  • Minimum network speed of:
    • 25 Mbps download speed
    • 10 Mbps upload speed
