UW Credit Union is hiring a group of Full-Time Tellers to join our member-focused, hardworking Milwaukee team because of internal promotions and growth. These Full-Time Tellers work at a branch in the greater Milwaukee area.

As a Full-Time Teller, you play a key role in supporting UW Credit Union’s ‘Members for Life’ philosophy, by forming solid and trusting relationships with members at your branch. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. You also work to identify and refer UW Credit Union products and services to members, that are in their best interest, to help them achieve their financial dreams.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
-
Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at a Milwaukee branch
-
Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
-
Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
-
Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
-
Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
-
Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
-
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
-
Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Qualifications:
What You'll Need to Succeed

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
1 year of customer service experience
-
Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
-
Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
-
Ability to work in an autonomous environment
