Client Acquisition

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition to handle the process of identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for our education division in the company. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients/students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through buying our education products. The ideal candidate is skilled at networking, identifying opportunities, and turning leads into lasting students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients/students that align with the company's education products.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Contact and send test to potential students while simultaneously introducing our product and acquiring them
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to explain it to the prospective clients/students.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation required to secure the students’ trust.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing students to ensure their satisfaction and explore further collaboration opportunities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Regularly review the market to refine client acquisition strategies and approaches.
  • Minimum bachelor degree of communication or relevant fields
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition, account management, or business development.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospect clients and candidates.
  • Understanding of the industry in which the company operates (Third world country outsourcing or BPOs)
  • Experience in preparing client proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
