Director, Product Marketing

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will own the full go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Fullscript. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure that our solutions meet market needs and drive customer success. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, with deep experience in SaaS based companies.



Key Responsabilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of product marketing managers that can scale with Fullscript’s growth.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging that resonates with Fullscript's target audiences, including healthcare practitioners and patients.
  • Go-to Market Strategy: Lead GTM strategies across product areas and commercial initiatives, contributing to a unified customer engagement plan that drives acquisition, growth, and retention, with a consistent product narrative throughout.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market and competitive research to understand the needs of our customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Commercial Team Enablement: Partner with sales, customer success and customer service to develop materials and training to enable the commercial teams to effectively communicate product value and differentiate Fullscript in the market.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Work closely with customer success to identify success stories, create case studies, and foster customer advocates. Develop programs that engage existing users and drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with product management to define product strategy and with marketing teams to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive product awareness and usage.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of product marketing experience in a seasoned SaaS business.
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing  product marketing team.
  • Expertise: Proven success in launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with product, sales, marketing teams and other key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Hands on: Direct and hands-on experience driving product marketing functions during high periods of scale
  • Bonus if you have experience working within a Digital Health Platform.
