The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the VP of Marketing and leads a lean, strategic Marketing Ops team. Responsible for building, overseeing and optimizing our lead management and funnel processes to convert prospects into customers. This role leads the charge on the marketing team's tech stack and serves as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform to support marketing operations and campaigns.
The ideal candidate has strong experience architecting and scaling marketing automation systems and processes. This person has a proven record of working collaboratively with GTM operations to monitor, automate and solve blockers in sales and marketing handoff. This is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has successfully managed large-scale projects, and understands how platforms can be configured and enhanced.
