At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.

We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.

Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.

We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to serve as our Epic expert and trusted advisor for our enterprise sales team, helping large health systems and provider networks understand how our whole-person care technology platform seamlessly integrates with Epic. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, sales strategy, and enterprise expansion, providing deep EHR knowledge to accelerate adoption, overcome implementation barriers, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Epic partner relationship manager with a sales-oriented mindset, capable of articulating the business, clinical, and technical value of our platform to CIOs, CMOs, IT teams, and operational leaders while building strong relationships across Epic. By leveraging Epic interoperability, workflows, and data integration strategies, this individual will support enterprise sales efforts, ensuring health systems see the full potential of our solution in driving efficiency, better patient outcomes, and financial impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the enterprise sales team as the Epic technical SME, helping shape sales strategy and address customer concerns around EHR integration.
  • Point of contact for Epic relationship management; building partnering motions to maximize Epic opportunities
  • Lead Epic-based integration implementations, workflow optimizations, and interoperability strategies to maximize enterprise adoption and platform utilization.
  • Work closely with health system CIOs, CMOs, and IT leadership to align our platform with their strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive sessions tailored to the needs of conventional health systems.
  • Bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams, ensuring seamless handoff from pre-sales discussions to enterprise adoption.
  • Advise health systems on optimization strategies for our technology integrated to their existing Epic investment to accelerate whole-person care transformation.
  • Develop customized Epic playbooks and integration roadmaps, ensuring rapid adoption with minimal operational disruption.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to enhance our platform’s Epic connectivity capabilities.
  • Translate Epic configuration, workflows, and interoperability into scalable growth strategies that drive provider and patient engagement.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and strategic sales initiatives, ensuring technical credibility and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Stay ahead of Epic’s evolving landscape, proactively advising both internal teams and customers on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and interoperability advancements.
  • Influence long-term account expansion by positioning our platform as a mission-critical component of a health system’s Epic ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, navigating Epic’s evolving landscape to drive long-term platform engagement.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of experience as an Epic partner manager, or in Epic implementations, technical consulting, or EHR sales engineering.
  • Epic Certifications (Ambulatory, MyChart, Care Everywhere, or other relevant modules), preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Epic's interoperability, workflow optimization, and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Proven ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly way to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting health IT sales teams with pre-sales expertise, RFPs, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of US-based health care, population health, and operational priorities within traditional health systems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work across sales, product, and implementation teams to drive deal success.

  • Additional Preferred Skills & Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of whole-person care models, and health system transformation trends.
  • Knowledge of other large enterprise EHRs like Meditech, Oracle Health, NextGen Healthcare etc would be a benefit.
  • Experience integrating Epic with emerging healthcare technologies, AI-driven solutions, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Background in health IT consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or growth strategy roles within a tech platform.
  • Process improvement expertise (Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies).

  • 401K matching (within US)//RRSP matching (within CAD)
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Flexible benefits package and additional perks
