Account Executive, Growth, ANZ

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Sydney, Australia.

We’re looking for a Growth Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. As our Growth Account Executive, you will report to the Head of APAC Sales to drive new business for Fullstory in ANZ while also maximizing adoption, customer success, and revenue within your install base of accounts (Growth at Fullstory is defined as customers with $5 million to $80 million in annual revenue).

The pace of Fullstory is fast and the landscape we’re playing in is ever-changing. We’re looking for someone who thrives when challenged and is open to also managing inbound pipeline for our Enterprise team.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Own a territory where you are responsible for actively prospecting new business opportunities.

  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers within prospects’ organizations.

  • Be responsible for driving adoption of Fullstory by growing an existing customer base of business by way of expansion (up-sell & cross-sell), renewals, and churn mitigation.

  • Qualify inbound leads for the Commercial and Enterprise segments

  • Partner collaboratively with other departments (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product) to help our customers realize value with Fullstory.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales development role in the SaaS industry.

  • Experience handling inbound leads and initiating cold outreach to prospective customers. (e.g. senior executives)

  • Experience working in a quota-driven environment with dynamic sales cycles.

  • Successful track record in exceeding assigned activity metrics.
