Lead Fundraise Up's Enterprise Customer Success team
Develop workflows, playbooks, and KPIs
Oversee and guide CSMs in customer lifecycle management
Execute growth strategies with other departments
Drive feature adoption and manage customer risk
Mentor CSMs to ensure high customer satisfaction
Identify growth opportunities and build trusted advisor relationships
