Implementation Engineer, LATAM, Remote
Fundraise Up is reimagining the fundraising platform to create a convenient and fast way to donate to non-profit foundations. They seek an experienced Implementation Engineer to help onboard clients and provide technical solutions.
Skills
- Experience in implementation and solutions engineering.
- Strong technical skills in web infrastructure and data management.
- CRM integration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in presales and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with product teams for feedback incorporation.
- Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs.
- Lead A/B Tests for customers.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
