Role Summary:
You will business partner with the senior Operations and Commercial Management teams, supporting, challenging and influencing all significant investment/costs decision making to drive actions that underpin the delivery of our business goals and targets. You will work with the senior Operations and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and seek innovative solutions to complex issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop transparency on operations model and cost to serve to inform decision making across business units and geo locations.
- Develop transparency on channel/customer and category/product profitability to inform decision making on new investment proposals.
- Development of forecasts/budgets and generation of insight on monthly performance and help quantify and provide feasibility for expansions and infrastructure investments.
- Drive ideas for Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization
- Spearheaded Supply Chain Data foundation working with Analysts, Data Engineers and BI Engineers.
- Coordinate Cross-functional coordination for reporting, analytics and decision making
- Broad and functional KPI reporting for global operations
- Supply Chain Analytics solutioning
- Supply Chain Control Tower evaluation and management
- Video analytics for intelligent warehouse operations management
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of hands-on FP&A or Network Analysis experience.
- High comfort levels working in PowerBI and similar data reporting and analysis platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of both wholesale and ecommerce retail and operations for CPG or other consumer products
- Demonstrated understanding of inbound and outbound supply chain and logistics
- Self -starter, results driven with strong bias for action.
- Demonstrated ability to see opportunities and drive outcomes for businesses.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective relationships and influence others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Master’s degree in either Business (MBA) or Finance (MS)
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent hands-on analytic and financial modelling skills.
- High standards of accuracy and precision.
- Highly organized and able to manage regular reporting as well as one-off and ad hoc projects
- Experience in a growth-oriented business, preferably within a Manufacturing/Distribution background in a public company and/or with a US parent
- Experience at a Manager or higher level, with a direct report team.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Proficiency in accounting software applications.

Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,000 - 151,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
