Future Insight is a division of the Core Marketing team at Future. The team is the authority on Future’s key audiences, market sectors and brands, putting the customer at the heart of the business, through conducting high quality audience research.
Insight is central to the strategy at Future, and the Insight team work with internal and external stakeholders to build an understanding of audiences and get closer to consumers.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Global Insights Director, you'll be responsible for daily management, delivery and promotion of Future’s proprietary in-house insight platform and end-to-end delivery of survey-led insight initiatives, including working with stakeholders on brief, questionnaire design and scripting, sample creation, survey activation, and ultimate delivery. This includes 3rd party supplier liaison and management
You'll also be responsible for daily management, delivery, and promotion of Future’s advertising effectiveness solutions, delivery of ad effectiveness studies, and contribute to the entire cycle of flagship Future Insight research projects.
