Future Talent Program – Food Production Support Associate
Our Future Talent Program - Technical Track is an 18- month program that will develop your engineering and automation skills in an accelerated process to become leading technical experts. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a structured development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position to grow into a future role.
The plan will include a collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future process engineers. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture, and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.
The program starts on July 10, 2023.
This position is for Denton, Texas.
You will be travelling 50% of your time to our customer sites
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require International relocation to the United States.

Future Talent Food Production Support Associate
Food Protection Support is an area that provide expertise, advice and consultancy in all matter related with food safety and quality. We also support the resolution of escalated issues, provide aseptic specific expertise during pre-projects, installations and new product introduction. Is an area that also support competence development by delivering training and preventive services related to food protection.
Your main activities will be:
- Laboratory analysis including microbiological & physicochemical testing
- Package evaluation process
- Product characterizations.
- Follow up on data completeness of technical issues (spoilage events)
- KPI follow up
- Support quality activities

- Are a talented recent graduated candidate from Food engineering, Food science, Microbiology, Food chemistry, Chemical engineering or similar, and you are interested in taking your career to the next level these opportunities are for you
- Finished or will finish your studies between June 2021 and June 2023
- Have availability to travel 50% of the time
