In 2024, we launched Fyxer AI, and within 7 months, achieved $1M ARR, placing us in the top 0.25% of fast-growing startups worldwide. Unlike other AI solutions, we have a 140% net revenue retention rate, reflecting our product’s impact and client satisfaction.

We are a tight-knit team of four, working out of our Shoreditch office, complemented by a large network of fractional staff who work remotely. We prioritize a fun, collaborative, and fast-moving work culture. In 2024, we spent three months in San Francisco on an accelerator program. While we’re not planning to relocate to SF, we strive to embody the positive ambition and innovation-driven spirit we experienced there.

The growth opportunities in this role are substantial. You’ll have direct involvement with both product and growth functions, working closely with our founding team. Our Product: Our vision is to create the smartest AI employee. We began by focusing on email automation; today, Fyxer is an AI Agent that enhances employee efficiency, making them five times faster in customer response.

The Role

Email is only the beginning of our product journey. Joining Fyxer means shaping and executing our ambitious roadmap for 2025 and beyond. You will play a key role in connecting our product and growth teams, driving initiatives to set new growth records.

In your first 3 months, you’ll be tasked with connecting Fyxer AI to a dashboard so we can clearly track the customer journey. You will identify the key gateways we need to improve to optimise retention and upsell and work with the team to build and implement strategies to improve them. 

Responsibilities This is a full-cycle Growth Engineer role. You’ll be responsible for optimising customers' experience from sign-up through their free trial and adding their team members. You’ll analyse customer behaviour, propose and implement enhancements, and work within a dynamic, supportive environment that values open debate.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Experience in an early-stage tech startup (<100 employees) or as a founder.
• Experience being as part of a growth team or squad within a consumer-focused technology company 
• Bonus: Experience working on an AI product.
• Bonus: Familiarity with our tech stack (listed below).

• Able to discover, validate and build impactful growth solutions as part of our high-performance engineering team

• Thorough knowledge of TypeScript, SQL and React.
